Planning Services:
The Master Planning of any site is the vital, first stage of the development process. We have experience in the master planning of mixed use, housing and commercial sites.
An imaginative Feasibility Study will maximise the potential of your site.
A smooth path through the Statutory Approval decision process will shorten timescales. We will work with, negotiate with and lead where needed, the relevant bodies required to obtain the necessary decisions.
Technical Services:
The building team need technically correct Detailed Design information issued at times to suit the project's work programme. We have been commissioned to provide working drawing only packages for most sectors including housing, commercial and retail projects.
We have demonstrated the ability to work with specialist professions and are able to Coordinate the Information required by the building team.
On Site Services:
The correct choice of a main contractor is essential for the success of any project. Liverpool PSDA produce tender information suitable for obtaining Competitive Quotations and carry out tender analysis to assist in the Appointment of Contractors.
The flow of information during the building process is an important factor. Liverpool PSDA carry out a Contract Administration role for many of our clients.
We have been able to build a good working relationship with many of our clients that has lasted for several years. During this time we have been engaged in the Development of Corporate Image and have participated in many widespread and fast paced Roll Out Programmes.
