Ben Shann

Ben is a long standing member of C.I.A.T., C.I.O.B. and C.I.O.W. and is a founding member of Liverpool PSDA with business partner Martin Noone.
Ben has worked in Liverpool architectural practices since leaving school a long time ago. Former practices include, Paul Bonham Associates, Kelly & Surman, The Weedon Partnership and Brian Bannister Partnership.
Interest include watching all manner of sports, especially football & rugby union, skiing & playing a game loosely akin to golf. Less energetic pastimes include exotic holidays and reading historical fiction and fantasy novels.
Peter Smith
BA (Hons) Dip Arch (Birm)
Rob has 30 years of experience in the architectural world and joined the practice in 2002, where he heads the retail arm of Liverpool PSD Architects.
He works with well known high street companies in locations throughout the country and has great experience in the development of projects from their inception to completion.
Projects have ranged from one off 'flag ship' developments in prime sites to multiple 'roll out' programmes for expanding clients.
