Shawhurst Lane in Wythall was originally the site of a large bungalow which had fallen into a state of disrepair. Planning permission was obtained for the construction of four 2 bed and two 4 bedroom homes built in association with Bromsgrove District Housing Trust, providing comfortable, spacious and affordable accommodation for families in the area.
