The development includes one large duplex apartment and a spectacular roof top penthouse in excess of 3200ft2 with coded lift access and a large full width roof terrace to the rear with views over looking Sutton Park.
The development made use of a steeply sloping site using waterproof concrete retaining walls to create a split level development.
