Our Role:                  Liverpool PSDA provided a full architectural service from inception to completion on site.

Key Features:          The Georgian property is in a fairly affluent area of Liverpool providing substantial accommodation. Our clients requirement was to design a substantial extension to the rear of the property at ground floor level giving open plan Kitchen and family accommodation giving open access to the substantial landscaped gardens. Other areas of the property were also refurbished including an previous loft  conversion (not carried out by the current house owner) which was found to be not in compliance with building regulations
